  7. Take 1 tsp Cardamom Powder

Steps to make Melon Kheer:
  1. Wash and cut melon in chunk. Now make puree.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, now add semolina. Roast it till golden brown. Remove in plate keep aside.
  3. Now heat milk, cook it as it started boiling, heat for 5min at low flame.
  4. Now add semolina.Mix well. cook for 2-3 mins.
  5. Now add powdered sugar, condensed milk, and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook 2 -3 mins.
  6. Now keep aside to cool it down.
  7. As it come on room temp., Add melon puree. Mix well.
  8. Add dry fruits, keep in fridge and served chilled.
