- In the same pan add butter and crackle the cumin seeds add this purée and cook it for 4-5 mins add all spices for gravy. - Take a microwave bowl add 1 cup of processed cheese add one tbsp of milk and microwave for four times for 30-30 seconds, give it a nice stir in between, - Add this cheese sauce to the gravy and mix them well and cook for 5 mins keep stirring in between. - Now take a plate and assemble the stuffed lauki with gravy and serve hot.
