  2. Get 4 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

Origin wise chicken rezala is a flavorsome chicken curry recipe of traditional Mughlai cuisine. In this recipe, basically, chicken is cooked in a white flavourful gravy made by curd or yogurt, cashew and poppy seeds paste with a perfect blend of ghee, garam masala, and kewra water. Chicken Rezala or chicken korma is a semi gravy dish made with all the desi raw spices and has an aroma of cooked chicken with cooked onion and spices. A perfectly balanced dish (neither too sour nor too sweet) in taste, it is the best pair up with rice or bread.

Steps to make Chicken Rezala:
  1. First we have to marinate the chicken for atleast 2 hrs. Take a mixing bowl put the chicken and 2 tablespoon of yoghurt one tablespoon of salt 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder 2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste. Mix very well cover the bowl and leave it for 2 hours
  2. After 2 hours take a pan heat 4 tablespoon of refined oil. Saute to dry Red chillies then add the whole garam masala spices saute for few seconds then add the onion paste fry it well on a medium heat then and remaining two tablespoon of ginger garlic paste brightwell put the marinated chicken pieces and also the marinated gravy.
  3. Cook the chickens very well around 5 to 10 minutes then and the cashew poppy and watermelon seeds paste cook for a minute. Add 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder.
  4. Then add the remaining 3 tablespoon of yoghurt and a cup of milk cook it well until it gives a good boil.
  5. Cover the lid cook on a low flame for another 10 to 15 minutes when you are done you can add some fresh coriander leaves that's optional. Your Chicken rezala is ready to serve. Serve with kulcha naan or paratha
