  3. Heat some refined oil add 2 bay leaves, 1one dry red chilli, 3 cloves 4 cardamom and cinnamon. Saute for few seconds, after that add onion paste fry for around 2 mins. Keep the gas on medium flame. Add ginger garlic paste saute for A min then add tomato puree. Fry it well once it get a little dry and get separated from oil.
  4. Add the veggies also the capsicums add salt, sugar and pepper Powder mix it well cover it for around 10 mins once all the veggies get mixed with all the masalas add a cup of milk, cashew paste and some water according to your required consistency.
  5. Give a quick boil to the gravy add fried paneer. Cover it on a low flame for around 10 mins. Sprinkle roasted kasuri meethi on top also add raisins and fried cashews.serve hot.
