Instructions to make Thandai 3.0:
  1. Take a mixture grinder jar and add cashew, pistachio,almond and other Ingredients given. - Now grind untill it turns into Powdered form. - Now add into air tight container to store it.
  2. Now take a heavy bottom pan and add milk to it.now add sugar and boil this milk until it reduces half.now divide this milk in two parts.
  3. Making icecream: - Take one part in a bowl Then - add Thandai masala to it. - Then add ½ cup fresh cream to it and mix well. now keep in refrigerator to set.
  4. Making firni: - Now take other half part of milk and add crushed rice and and boil till rice cooks and firni become little thick.then add Thandai masala and mix well.
  5. Thandai chhena balls: - Take chhena in bowl and add powder sugar and thandai masala to it. - Now mix and rub it very well to make super soft. - Now make balls of equall size.
  6. Now for serving take floral ice bowl…then put thandai firni on it..then put thandai ice Cream on one side of phirni..while arrange thandai balls on the opposite…
  7. Thandai 3.0 is ready to serve…
