- Again heat the frying pan take some butter then add prepared paste stir it 5 to 8 min on lower flame

- Now add fried kofte now cook on lower flame for 5 to 8 min
- Now last garnish some chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame
- In a cooker add rice and water as ur required and pure ghee now closed the lid and pressure cook up to 1 whistles
