  5. Our cooking is over now the time for magical touch. Take a steel bowl, place it on the middle of the curry. In meantime I already burn a piece of charcoal in another stove. So put the burn charcoal in the steel bowl and put some oil or ghee. And immediately cover it with the lid. Leave it for 5 min and now the charcoal and steel bowl…..and ready to serve!!!!!!
