- Now we will add the remaining sugar and garam masala. Put the flame on high. Mix it well and now add crushed kasturi meethi(dry roast). In this stage if you wish you can add 1 tsp ghee. Now put the flame off, cover it with lid and let it set for 2 min.
- Our cooking is over now the time for magical touch. Take a steel bowl, place it on the middle of the curry. In meantime I already burn a piece of charcoal in another stove. So put the burn charcoal in the steel bowl and put some oil or ghee. And immediately cover it with the lid. Leave it for 5 min and now the charcoal and steel bowl…..and ready to serve!!!!!!
