Instructions to make Thandai:
- Take a mixture grinder jar and add cashew, pistachio,almond and other Ingredients given.
- Now grind untill it turns into Powdered form. - - Now add into air tight container to store it.
- Now take a heavy bottom pan and add milk to it.now add sugar and boil this milk until it reduces half.
- Then add thandai masala to it and mix well.
- Now chilled thandai and serve in kullad.
