Wash the mussels thoroughly and remove beards. Deglaze the pan with white wine, add the salt, pepper and parsley. Steps to make Mussel Fry:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add sliced onion and curry leaves.
  3. When onion becomes soft add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min.
  4. Add all masala, salt and sauté for a min or two.
  5. Add diced Tomato and stir until the gravy gets thick
  6. Add mussel, cover with a lid stirring occasionally
  7. After 10-15 minutes, add rice flour and heat for another 5 minutes
  8. Enjoy Mussel fry with hot rice or roti :)
