  12. Get 2 Tbsp Sriracha, adjust according to preference

  14. Make ready Spring onion for garnish
  15. Make ready Note 1: precook mussel with 2 Tbsp grated ginger
  16. Take Note 2: I use Filipino style spaghetti sauce

  1. In a bowl mix together tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and sriracha. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Heat oil, saute onion & garlic
  3. Add shrimp
  4. Add sauce mixture, let it simmer
  5. Add squid, after 1 minute add mussel. Mix and simmer
  6. Put spaghetti noodles, season with pepper. Mix thoroughly.
