Measure out the dried pasta and cook until al dente. Finely slice the red onions. take the sausage meat out of the cases in little balls and fry with the onions. When cooked, drain the pasta and then add to the cooked sausage and onion. Stir in the creme fraiche and Dijon and wholegrain mustard.

- Place the sausages on a slightly oiled baking tray, cover with foil and cook in the oven for 20 mins.

- Once the onion and mushroom mixture has heated back up, add in the double cream. Heat for a further two minutes before stirring in the stock cube. Then stir in the wholegrain mustard.
- Season with pepper, cover in Parmesan and serve.
Serve the pasta and top with cheese. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook it until it starts to brown and crisp on each side, approximately a couple of minutes on each side. Remove from heat, stir in cream cheese, mustard, tarragon and some seasoning.
