- Prepare 1 litre milk
- Take 1 cup malai
- Take 1 cup sugar
- Get 1/2 spoon cardamom
- Prepare 2 big mango
- Take as required Kaju, pista, badam, tutti fruti

Steps to make Stuffed Mango kulfi:
- Take 1litre milk in a pan.add malai in it.
- After qty becomes half add 1 cup sugar. Now add kaju, pista, badam,tuti fruti, cardamom keep stirring.
- Cut mango top and keep it side.take out the seed by slowly from all sides. Twist the seed and take it out.
- Keep the mango in a glass. Pour prepared milk and seal it.keep it in the freejer for 8-9 hours.
- Once frozen, take the mangoes out and peel
- Cut into pieces. Garnish with badam, pista and tuti fruti and serve it
Cut off the top of mangoes and reserve it for later use. Slowly and carefully with the sharp knife cut along the seed.
